This is an easily understood instructional book.
It contains a wide range of information on each punching/blocking
action and further defenses (kicks and footwork). An interesting
photo-story of the development of Wing Tsun in Europe and
further a field.
As a Wing Tsun student myself, it was easy to
understand having developed enough of a knowledge of much
of the information in this book but it still is handy to turn
to when in doubt.
This is a good book for someone starting to
learn Wing Tsun and even if you have progressed through a
few student grades, it is a worthwhile book to own for reference
purposes.
