This book is brilliant for beginners.. It has
interesting, well written stories of the history of wing chun
and also has excellent practical pictures and description
of the first form.. I really do recommend it if you want to
read a little about wing chun and also help with the first
form though I don't think you could learn it from just this
book.. It is a good way to help you through the first form
that you have learnt at a school..
