Goh is the successor to grand master Lee Shing
and is one of the most successful and accomplished Martial
Artists in England and Europe. By the early seventies he had
built a strong reputation for himself in just a few years;
more than many good Martial Artists achieve in a lifetime.
He has been invited to give lectures, seminars
and demonstrations by masters from the USA, Europe and the
Far East. He has been a professional bodyguard to the rich
and famous and also performed many professional stunts in
Hollywood and Hong Kong cinema.
In 1973 he established his first Martial Arts
school in London`s Chinatown and has since expanded to many
European countries. He is considered to be the first Chinese
Master to openly teach to Westerners in England and was the
first Master to teach and display all the forms and techniques
of Wing Chun to the public as he believes that there
should be no secret formulas and techniques in a style of
Martial Arts. What worked 300 years ago may not be
practical now, so the training system and principles must
change to suit the modern world. If anything is to survive
it should be taught openly and fully.
The complete step by step guide to training
in the basic Wing Chun system. Stretching and conditioning
techniques, applications of form, a complete guide to the
5 changes and an introduction to Chi Sau are covered
as well as a break down of Chiam Kiu and the Sand
Bags forms fully revealed for the first time.
A must have second part in the Wing Chun
series.

After studying Wing Chun under die-hard Ip Man
style specialists for many years, I wanted to see some demonstrations
from a disciple of Grandmaster Lee Shing... the man who first
brought Wing Chun to the UK. Master Austin Goh's DVD's are
a superb learning reference. I have actually adopted the subtle
differences between his forms and the way they were taught
to me. I prefer the way Sifu Goh turns and the extra little
nuances in the forms make perfect sense. Sifu Goh himself
is actually very approachable and has spoken to me via e-mail.
An excellent DVD from an excellent Master of Wing Chun. PS,
the Mirror Training is bloody brilliant!
