This DVD contains good, simple to follow movements
and sequences. The warm ups are wonderful ...... the Silk
Reeling exercises are helping a lot. That sense of well being
was there after the first time I followed a sequence. Well
worth a look if you're thinking of having a go at Tai Chi,
wont be disappointed.
