I am becoming a real fan of Mr Christensen's
books,you can't help but feel that he is writing with some
considerable practical experience in the fighting arts and
he conveys his experiences and his information gained from
them to the reader in a way that keeps you intrested.His ideas
in this book are first class,most are very original and you
can't wait to try them out.Also you can see that they are
very specific to the martial arts,you can see how the exercises
will aid you and enhance you skills.This is one of the best
books I have read on this subject and I think any martial
artist regardless of style will find something appropriate
to them.
