Melvin Williams has written a great book on
sports nutrition. He takes a chapter to cover every nutrient
including supplementation and athletic performance in regards
to that nutrient. He also covers fluid and electrolytes. He
also includes weight loss, weight gain chapters that are very
useful for any athlete of any level.
