What a fantastic book!! This book is the 1st
I've read that doesn't try to baffle me with B.S. It just
comes staight to the point by telling me that if I ever have
to defend myself in any situation,I stand a far better chance
of being able to do so,if I can learn the Principles of Kapap-Relative
Position,Two Points of Contact & Balance Displacement.No
fancy kicks, punches or get out of jail free cards, just plain
talking, reality based knowledge. So if you want to learn
real Self Defence Principles, that not only make sense but
when tried and then trained.
