This is the definitive JKA guide to Shotokan
Karate. The series of books displays all the basic, intermediate
and advanced kata of the style Except WANKAN.
The level of detail is such that if you say
a years quality training in the bag - you could learn how
to perform the kata. with timing and kime details.
