Lots of good useful info in here. Only fault
i can see is that the authors are very into Olympic weights
and other equipment that you will usually find in a gym. As
the book is originally written for the US market, some of
the equipment they advise buying would not fit into your average
British house. Apart from these (small) gripes, all in all
a very handy book to have.
