I bought this book with my ever present skepticism,
... So what did I really have to lose? Nothing. The two books:
Navy SEAL Breakthrough to Master Level Fitness and 12 Weeks
to Better Than Ever are simply amazing. Within the first week
of exercises from the program guide I started to see results.
Now on just the THIRD week I have lost 2 inches off my waist
and can noticibly see changes in my physical appearance.
The beauty of this program is that you will
never need to go to the gym again (unless you want to). The
only thing you will need for some of the exercises and a pull
up bar. For this you have to look no further than a local
play ground. The top bar of a swing set can be used for pull
ups and a set of monkey bars for dips. These books are worth
well more than the [price] I paid. So don't hesitate to purchase
them if you want to get into the best shape of your life.
