A very comprehensive and interesting book focusing
on the conditioning of the upper body for fitness enthusiasts
and sportsmen and women. While the book contains the usual
information contained in 99% of all weight training manuals,
the book is unique in its coverage of joint stabilization,
functional flexibility and mental preparation. In addition
to exercises with weights the book also introduces bodyweight
exercises and training with elastic cords. Training programs
are covered as is nutrition. I think all upper body athletes
will find this book very useful.
