- Not Real Pretty But Real
Jason Mark is a cop. You need a sense of humor to make it as a
cop, and Jason's a funny guy. Most likely he'd chuckle at your "Bad
Cop! No Doughnut!" bumper sticker, maybe ask you for a bagel instead.
And you can dump the stereotypes; watch what Jason does in his spare
time and you might realize that not only is this gym-rat in better
shape you'll ever be, he's a martial arts expert capable of kicking
your butt twenty which-ways-to-Sunday and you might even feel stupid
for having that bumper sticker in the first place...

Panim El Panim - The Israeli Elite Combat of Kapap
Israeli martial arts has a history that started in the late 1940s.
During this time the Jewish people were under attack and they were
forced to fight, not so much for their culture or life style, but
simply to survive. For this reason Israeli martial arts do not use
a belt system and we do not bow to one another, not because we don't
respect our enemy, but because we do. This art was developed for

Kapap - One Mind,
Any Weapon
Kapap is not a sports-based martial-arts program; it is a war &
Conflict fighting system based on the use of the handgun, rifle
and bayonet, followed by the bayonet/knife as a combat knife and
then followed by weapons of opportunity (e.g. shovels, tree limbs,
bricks). The training is rounded out by the harsh school of unarmed
