Steps to Successful Bodybuilding

If your dream is to be a fascinating body builder you should follow the next few steps:

1. Use heavy wights in the Gym

This is one of the biggest tips on bodybuilding ever made. Lifting heavy weights and in the same time using few repetitions will definitely increase your muscle mass because your muscles will work at their limits and your body will have to compensate that by adding more muscle structures.

2. 8 to 12 Reps for each individual Set of Exercise

A quick way to build those dreamed muscles of yours is to make 8-12 reps for each exercise you make in the Gym. These way your muscles will build up in a short way.

3. Do between 6 and 9 Sets of exercises in the Gym.

You don't have to exaggerate and perform all the exercises you know when going to the Gym because you'll over train yourself and your body will need more time to recover. In the same time you'll probably loose muscles instead of gaining. So perform between 6 and 9 sets and everything will be fine.

4. Try to eat the next types of foods:

Beef, Cottage cheese, whey protein, tuna, chicken and creatine while you go to the Gym since these types of food can help your body with the elements necessary for building muscles.

5. Drink a lot of water

You need to drink between 12 and 15 glasses of water every day. The water helps you eliminate the toxins from your body and in the same time it helps building muscles.

6. Avoid excessive Cardio Exercises

You must not perform cardio exercises for more than 20 minutes. To much exercise will burn off your calories which you need to build your muscles.

7. Rest and Sleep as much as you can.

When working your body in the Gym you should try to rest and sleep for at least 10 hours every day. This way you'll give your body the time needed to recover.

8. Calm down

Don't rush your workout in the Gym. If you'll be to enthusiastic in doing the reps most likely you'll end having some sort of cramping after that so keep your attitude positive but don't get to excited.
